Appointment Policies

1. Appointment Booking:

  • To book an appointment, please contact us through our social media channels or call us at 77096805.
  • When booking, kindly provide your name and a contact number for confirmation.

2. Cancellation Policy:

  • We require at least one day's notice for appointment cancellations or changes.
  • Failure to cancel in a timely manner will result in a €3 deposit for rescheduling, which is refundable on the day of collection or if canceled a day before the appointment.
  • The deposit is non-refundable if canceled on the day of the appointment.

3. No-Show Policy:

A "no-show" occurs when a customer misses their appointment without prior notice or does not answer the phone.

  • It is crucial to inform us if you cannot make it to your appointment.
  • Not showing up without notice will result in a €3 deposit for rescheduling, which is refundable on the day of collection or if canceled a day before the appointment.
  • The deposit is non-refundable if canceled on the day of the appointment.

4. Payment and Fees:

  • We accept the following payment methods: cash, Revolut, and BOV Mobile.

5. Health-Related Policies:

  • Please be mindful that we serve many vulnerable customers daily.
  • If you are currently unwell, we kindly request that you refrain from booking an appointment to prevent the spread of illnesses.
