14-Day Cooling Off Period: starting from the date of product delivery. During this period, you have the right to return the products purchased and receive a refund without being questioned about your decision.

Conditions for Return & Refund:

• The products must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them.
• The products must be in their original, unopened packaging and accompanied by all accessories, tags, and labels originally included with the product.
• All returns must be made at the warehouse in Paola.

Hygiene Considerations

For hygiene reasons and to ensure the safety and well-being of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any cosmetic products that have been opened or used. Please understand that this policy is by EU law and non-negotiable, as it ensures that all our customers receive only brand-new and untouched cosmetics.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, kindly contact us as soon as possible.
An inspection of the product will be required at our warehouse in Paola.
Should the product be deemed as damaged, we can offer a replacement or a full refund.

If you have ordered an incorrect product, kindly contact us as soon as possible.
We will be happy to exchange the product to the correct one.
Exchanges can be done at the warehouse in Paola.
The product will need to be inspected for usage before being exchanged.
Used products will not be exchanged.
