Ordering and Shipping

You can place your orders through various channels to suit your preferences:

  1. Website: Simply browse our selection, add products to your cart, and proceed to checkout for a seamless online shopping experience.
  2. Facebook Page: If you prefer to shop through social media, you can also place orders on our Facebook page.
  3. WhatsApp: Alternatively, you can reach out to us on WhatsApp at +356 77096805 to place your order.

Shipping Options

  • Postage: We provide standard and registered postage options for local deliveries. Standard postage typically delivers within 2-3 days, while registered postage offers added security and tracking. Please note that for postage, we accept payments through Revolut, BOV Mobile, or Visa. Our delivery service covers all localities, including Gozo.

  • Delivery by Blush & Chic: For customers in south and central areas of Malta. Deliveries are scheduled between 7:00 PM and 8:30 PM in the evening, by schedule. You can view the schedule at the checkout page when selecting payment method.

  1. Cash: For in-person purchases at our warehouse or on delivery, we accept cash payments. Please note that cash is not accepted for orders sent by post.

  4. Visa: We accept Visa credit and debit cards. This can be done by checking out from our website, or we can send you a link to pay by card.

Some products may feature an open jar symbol followed by a number (e.g., "12"), signifying that the product should be used within that many months after opening. Products Unsuitable for Sensitive Skin

We understand that individuals with sensitive skin have unique needs. For your convenience, any product not suitable for sensitive skin will be clearly labeled as such on the product description page. We believe in transparency and want you to have a hassle-free shopping experience.

Product Testing & Ethical Practices

We are committed to ethical and responsible practices in our product development. All our cosmetics are cruelty-free, which means they are not tested on animals. Alternatively, our products are dermatologically and in-vitro tested.

Our dedication to animal welfare extends to our ingredient selection process as well. Whenever possible, we incorporate vegan ingredients into our formulations.

While the majority of our cosmetics are vegan-friendly, there may be instances where we cannot definitively confirm whether certain ingredients are sourced from plant-based or animal-derived sources (such as honey). In such cases, you will find a "vegan notice" clearly stated in the product description to inform you of any uncertainty.
